Saturday : 8:00AM – 6:00PM

Sunday : Closed


GENERAL HOUSE RULES

  • Members must ensure to book into every session they wish to participate in including group classes, open gym and personal training. Group class and open gym bookings that are cancelled within a 10 hour time frame of its start time will not be refunded. 

  • Open gym and personal training sessions are not allowed whilst a group class is in session. 

  • PassionFit holds the right to deny entry should any of our studios exceed their capacity limit.

  • Entry to PassionFit for group classes will only be permitted 10 minutes before the session’s start time in order to minimise indoor congestion. Members are permitted inside the premises once members from the previous class have exited. Coaches conducting group classes reserve the right to not permit entry to latecomers of more than 10 minutes.


REMINDERS

  • Know your way around when enrolled for a group class in the early hours of the morning. Access PassionFit by utilising the mall’s service staircase - come in through the Jalan Tun Razak car park entrance, walk straight past the valet entrance (on your left) until you come to the end of the painted wall (on your right), walk towards your right as if you were going to go behind the wall and you will find the service staircase - up to the second floor. Once at the second floor landing, turn right then right again and you will locate PassionFit’s side door.

  • Bring your own towels. Shower facilities available.


PARKING FEE VALIDATION

Upon completing your session at PassionFit, head to our front desk and request for a parking fee validation receipt. Then, head to the Car Park Office located across the parking Autopay machine.
Present your parking ticket along with PassionFit's validation receipt. Kindly also present the email confirmation of your PassionFit booking to the car park officer should it be requested.

PassionFit members enjoy:

  • Complimentary parking on the first 2 hours and a rate of RM2.00 for every subsequent hour from 6am - 6pm (Weekdays Only)

  • A flat parking rate from 6pm - 6am (Weekdays Only)

  • A flat parking rate on Saturdays and Public Holidays

The LINC KL Car Park Management reserves the right to amend parking fee validation Terms & Conditions.


  • Late Cancellation and No Show Fees
    Please be mindful of our late cancellation and no show fees. For those on our monthly pass, RM25 will be billed for every late cancellation (cancellations made within 10 hours of a session's start time). Similarly, RM25 will be billed to your account if you are a no-show for your session. In the instance of a late cancellation or no-show for those on our credit packages, credits used for a booking will not refunded.

  • Account Freeze

    Below are our terms and conditions for members requesting an account freeze whilst PassionFit is in operation:

    • First Timer Pass : Account freeze is not permitted

    • 5 classes package : Account freeze is permitted once for a duration of up to two weeks only

    • 10 classes package : Account freeze is permitted once for a duration of up to two weeks only

    • 15 classes package : Account freeze is permitted once for a duration of up to one month only

    • Monthly subscriptions/1 month pass : Subscription freeze is permitted once in the calendar year for a duration of up to one month only

  • Account Benefits

    We extend a 20% discount for personal training services for members subscribed to our 50 credit package or recurring monthly pass.

  • We extend a subscription to SugarWod for MetCon attendees subscribed to either our 30 or 50 credit packages or recurring monthly pass.
